We have made our software affordable to ALL expo and event producers. We offer multiple licensing options:

Virtual Expos

Single 3-Day Hosted Event on Expos2 gigabit servers. Hold a single event for less than the cost of an afternoon’s hall rental! You may have up to 75 exhibitors, 500 attendees, and 50 live presentations all for one price. Enjoy our entire feature set and we even provide manned support for the software during the expo. (Extra fees for hosting, customization and bandwidth overruns due to exceeding above stated capacities.) $4,995 per event

Multiple Hosted Events Annually. Host up to 5, 3-day expos per year on our gigabit servers and enjoy incredible savings. You may have up to 100 exhibitors, 2,000 attendees, and 100 live presentations per event. Enjoy our entire feature set and we even provide manned support for the software during the expo. (Extra fees for hosting, customization and bandwidth overruns due to exceeding above stated capacities.) $15,995 per year

Self-Hosted Media Unlimited Events Annually. The base price for self-hosted events with our software is $14,995 per year. This annual license gives you the ability to hold up to 5 annual expos at no additional fee plus you can conduct as many extra expos as you wish for only $1,995 each!. (Software customization charged separately, please call for details.)

Virtual Shopping Malls

Hosted 24/7 Virtual Shopping Mall. Keep your event open all year long. You may have up to 75 exhibitors/shops and unlimited attendees. (Extra fees for hosting, customization and bandwidth overruns due to exceeding above stated capacities.) $8,995 per year

Hybrid Mall and Expo

Want the best of both worlds? With our hybrid plan you may host two expos in a given field for the year and hold a 24/7 shopping mall for the same vendors throughout the year at no additional cost. The plan costs just $11,995 and includeds up to 75 booths at no additional cost. Best of all, you can add additional related expos for only 1,995 each. (Normal hosting and customization fees apply.) Redundant, Secure Co-located Hosting

Our Mac Xserves are redundant in four ways. First, all data is written in a level 2 raid environment. Should a server’s primary drive fail, the redundant device would instantly take over duty. Second, we have an x+1 strategy for balancing the most intense media tasks. This allows for a complete system to fail and the expo stays live. It also helps media performance during peak usage periods. Third, your entire expo is backed up daily to a remote server for added security. Finally, the hosting facility itself is fully protected against both intrusion and power loss.

We are charged per bandwidth usage just as you are. We have dedicated gigabit service that can accommodate most any expo scenario. We have provided guidelines for the size an expo can achieve and not trigger additional hosting costs for us. Should you have need for additional bandwidth we can meet whatever you require from a wider pipe, to providing redundant co-location services or an Akamai™ framework we can provide it. Please discuss your needs with your sales associate and we will determine the best price and options for you.

Customization of your expo takes two major directions

Your software comes with a standard convention setting. You can change many of the aspects of the building, but you cannot by default repaint the place. We do offer you the ability to have us change any aspect of the expo in any way you can imagine. If you would like the exhibit hall to be an interactive sales piece for the event, want an entire expo store constructed, or even want to change the entire setting to a beach scene, we can do that. Our fee for all expo customization is $65 per hour. We will give you an estimated time quote for the customization and assign one of our graphic engineers to direct your efforts.

You will probably find that your exhibitor base has a wide range of skills in setting up their booths. For your exhibitors, we offer complete services. They can either convert their entire booth presence to something totally unique or maybe they just need help with uploading and entering their details. We provide this service on an individual basis for these vendors and charge them the same $65 per hour. Contact us for a complete list of professional services and pricing.
