Because our products are all virtual in nature, they cannot be shipped. In the case of rental of the software platform itself, the provisioned site will be available within 5 working days of purchase. The only exception to this is in the case of customizations that are ordered for our V-Expo platform and those are delivered within the time stated in our sales contract and BRD.

In the case of tickets and booth purchases, they are accessible by the customer at the time agreed upon with the event Producer during purchase.
