Delivery policy.
Because our products are all virtual in nature, they cannot be shipped. In the case of tickets and booth purchases, they are accessible by the customer immediately upon completing payment. In the case of rental of the software platform itself, the provisioned site will be available within 5 working days of purchase. The only exception to this is in the case of customizations that are ordered for our V-Expo platform and those are delivered within the time stated in our sales contract and BRD. |
