What does it mean to have a "Virtual Tradeshow or Expo"?

A virtual Tradeshow or Expo is similar to the physical Expo that you're familiar with and possibly attended. There are booths and presentations designed to interest attendees. You can chat live with exhibitors, download collateral, view presentations and more — all through an online virtual environment that you visit through your Web browser. Attendees can login regardless of their location, as long as they have access to a computer with both a 256kbps Internet connection and Flash Player installed. Virtual Tradeshow or Expo eliminates the need for travel. The superior technology gives you the benefits of being at a tradeshow without having to set foot in a crowded convention center!

Who should I contact if I need some help during the expo?

We have online support functionality during the expo. Help is just a click away. Click on the help desk tab on the top right corner of the expo browser and a customer support personnel will assist you.

How do I interact and network with exhibitors during the Expo?

The virtual Expo is a flexible environment and offers multiple ways you can interact with the exhibitor and other attendees. The most immediate way is to use the live chat in each booth to speak with individual exhibitors.

What is included in a Virtual Booth?

Each Virtual Booth includes a company logo, contact information, a summary of the company, pre-recorded video presentation by the exhibitor, link to live presentation(s) in conference room, document downloads, competition and newsletter signups, products displayed by the exhibitor, link to the exhibitor’s website, and live audio, video interaction with the exhibitor.

Where are the sponsors’ logos/banners displayed during the expo?

The virtual event sponsors’ logos and banners are displayed through out the expo. They are visible in all sections of the expo that includes but not limited to expo Lobby, Halls, Booths, Conference Rooms, Networking Lounge etc.
